Minced Shoulder of Wild boar & apple burger, 3 mustard mayo, apple chutney, homemade chips. 

Pan-seared fillet of bream, crab & spring onion risotto, bloody Mary dressing, tempura soft shell crab. 

Polenta, wild mushrooms, poached egg with hollandaise sauce.
